Terms of Service
Last updated August 2026
Agreement
By creating an account or using Haven, the facility and each of its users agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.
Accounts and access
Facility administrators are responsible for who they invite, the roles they grant and for deactivating users who leave. Credentials are personal and must not be shared. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
- Use the platform only for legitimate care operations at your own facility.
- Do not attempt to access another organization's records or bypass access controls.
- Do not upload malicious files or content you have no right to store.
- Do not resell or provide the service to third parties without a written agreement.
Your data
The facility retains ownership of the records it enters. Haven stores and processes those records to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Facilities may export reports and records at any time from the reporting tools.
Clinical and compliance responsibility
Haven is documentation software, not a clinical decision-making system. AI assistance produces drafts that a qualified person must review before saving. Facilities remain responsible for the accuracy of records and for compliance with applicable care, licensing and record-retention regulations.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and feature changes may occur. Material changes to these terms will be communicated to facility administrators.
Termination
A facility may stop using Haven at any time. We may suspend access for non-payment or for use that violates these terms. On termination, facilities may request an export of their data before it is removed.
